These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mcwlink platform and all its services. By registering on mcwlink.im or using the site, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

MCWLink operates as a licensed online gaming operator. Our goal is to provide users with a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience — and these terms and conditions are designed to uphold exactly that.

Registration Steps

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

Mcwlink is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If an underage individual registers, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

• KYC verification requires submission of a National ID or passport.
• If submitted documents confirm the user is under 18, the account will be closed.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you need to place ৳20,000 in total bets.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

There are general rules that must be followed when placing bets on MCWLink. These rules apply equally to all users.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless the market itself is voided.
• If a bet is confirmed due to a system error, mcwlink reserves the right to void it.
• Bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds will be considered void.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information will result in account closure.
• Mcwlink's decision on the outcome of any bet is final.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. Bets may be accepted or declined for technical reasons. A bet is not confirmed until you see a "accepted by system" message.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcwlink. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to withdraw funds by exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Accessing the site through hacking, bots, or any automated software.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of MCWLink.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

You can close or temporarily suspend your account at any time. Contact our support team to do so.

Self-Exclusion Options

• Temporary Break: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Extended Suspension: Suspend your account for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
• Permanent Closure: Submit a request to permanently close your account.

Mcwlink may also close an account if any rule under Section 7 is violated. In such cases, any remaining valid balance will be returned, but bonuses will be forfeited.

MCWLink strives to operate its services to the highest standard. However, limitations of liability apply in certain circumstances:

• Mcwlink is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Mcwlink is not fully liable for delays caused by errors in third-party payment systems.
• Claims for compensation are limited in cases of cyberattacks or unforeseen technical failures.
• Winning and losing are a natural part of gaming — financial losses alone are not grounds for a claim.

MCWLink reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via registered email and on-site announcement.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. Any disputes relating to these rules will be governed by the laws of MCWLink's registered jurisdiction.
